
Meet Eboni

Eboni Cotton is a God-fearing, charismatic, young woman who truly enjoys working for the betterment of the Lord’s Kingdom. She moved to the valley of Phoenix, AZ from Chicago, IL in her younger years. Upon her movement to Phoenix, her and her family joined First Institutional Baptist Church, under the direction and leadership with Dr. Warren H. Stewart, Sr. She was an active member in the youth department, becoming the leader of the youth praise team and youth intercessory board in her later teenage years.
Eboni has received her Bachelor’s in Physiology, Sociology, and Cross-cultural Health from the University of Arizona. She completed her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and post-baccalaureate work in education from Rio Salado Community College.
Equipping, empowering, and encouraging God’s people for their Kingdom Assignment, while bridging generational gaps, has been the foundation of Eboni Cotton’s life for the last 12 years. As an educator and builder of church programs, Eboni prioritizes training youth and adults in their spiritual and emotional growth.
Eboni has held several positions within the local Phoenix community that include: membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc.- Delta Beta Omega Chapter (Far Western Region Prayer Coordinator), Top Ladies of Distinction (Top Teens Advisor- Phoenix Chapter), NAACP (executive board member/ GAP Academy Instructional Coordinator), former Pastor of Worship (United Nations Church).
In her professional career, Eboni serves as an educator in the Phoenix inner-city, owns her own education consulting firm (Innovative Education Consulting, LLC), is an accomplished author of two books, and has recently started her ministry, Eboni Sherelle Ministries, which holds a special ministry experience call “Coffee and Conversations with Eboni” on 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
Eboni is currently serving as a Worship Pastor for Kingdom Ambassadors Christian Ministries, under the leadership of Overseer, Margaret Shade.
