As your personal ministry consultant, customized programs and workshops will be built on the foundational practices of relational leadership. These formal and informal trainings will give ministry and church leaders the necessary tools to continue to build as Christ instructed (Matthew 28:16-20), while teaching basic etiquette and protocol practices. During the course of study, customized implementation guides can be prepared and tailored to specific groups and/or ministries in accordance to church bylaws and governances.
